Your use of the BigPsychicMamma.com website or any service rendered by Big Psychic Mamma certifies that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use on this page, and have read and agree to the privacy policy, and have read and agree to the Disclaimer.

You must be 18 years old to purchase any service from Big Psychic Mamma.

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it.  We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and use our Services.  Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. • Being under, or having the appearance of being under, the influence of drugs or alcohol, or you appear to be impaired for other, external reasons.
• Inappropriate dress. No indecent attire. You must be clothed. No lingerie, underwear, or shirtless attire allowed.
• Belligerent or threatening behavior toward Big Psychic Mamma.
• Any actions deemed inappropriate or sexual in nature.

Accuracy of Information

Big Psychic Mamma may correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, or may change or update information on the Big Psychic Mamma.com website without notice. Furthermore, Big Psychic Mamma is not responsible for any content posted by any website user.

Big Psychic Mamma may change pricing information at any time, without prior notice. If you purchase a reading or other service, your payment will be charged the amount in effect at the time of purchase. No Refunds Are Given for Any Reason Except Unforeseen Events Beyond the Control of Big Psychic Mamma that Prevent Delivery by Big Psychic Mamma of the Service Purchased.

User Content

In no case shall Big Psychic Mamma be responsible for any user submitted content or the loss of user submitted content. Further, Big Psychic Mamma reserves the right to remove any user submitted content for any reason, including violations of the terms of use. The user bears full responsibility for any submitted content and must maintain their own copy. Dispute Resolution

The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any Disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantiative and procedural laws of Illinois, United States without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of United States. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the state and federal courts located in Illinois, United States, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

Changes and Amendments.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Website or Services at any time, effective upon posting an updated version this Agreement on the BigPsychicMamma.com Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page.

Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
